Actually, inspired by your posts on this I made myself a little quick note app. I call it Majordomo. I just have a space for typing a though. AI tags it automatically for me (I can add and remove my own tags too). When I want to deal with something I can copy the text, send the note to Asana, or start an email. I'm trying to keep it really simple on purpose and not adding "extras" that don't serve a direct purpose. I doubt anyone would really like it much, but ... right now for me, it's working.
